Hi there - I am new here and new to laptops really. I am thinking of buying a refurbished Dell Latitude D630 (2GB of ram and 160 hard drive and 2.0 processor) and I was just windering if the machine would be powerful enough to support mobile broadband (3 network) and if I would have any problems doing so?

    Many thanks, Nick

AFAIK the D630 supported the Dell 5520 WWAN card, you can probably find one for about 50 dollars on eBay.
You might check the WWAN antennas are included before ordering, the card plugs in a mini pci-e express port just like the wifi and should have antenna-cables near the spare port.
