    Hi,

i'v bought a Dell latitude D531 laptop, which is a great laptop imo. There's only one thing. My A8 Bios won't recognize a intel wireless pci card. I can only use some broadcom cards wich are not supported in linux.

    I have the bmc4328 card.

Somebody told me there is a way to edit the whitelist in the bios to add the intel card so it is listed in the bios.

I'v not done it yet. Is there somebody who can kick me in the right direction???

Dell doesn't whitelist wireless cards... at least, not that I know. Did this wireless card work in BIOS revisions other than A08?

not that i know. I only know that the card i tested came out of a latitude D630 and my D531 doesn't recognized it within the bios.
