The latitude E4310 has only one combo microphone / headphone jack. The headsets we use all have two separate plugs so they do not work with this laptop.

Is there an adapter plug that would split the E4300 single jack into two jacks?

If not, does anyone have any recommendations for new Headsets?

    Thanks.

I think 3.5mm cell phone headsets should work with it. When I use VoIP though, I use a USB Plantronics headset for convenience (one plug) and quality.
