    Hi,

There is no information in the manual about that?
Could you please tell me if 9.5mm HDDs/SSDs fit without any problems in E6220?
    Thanks

9.5mm drives fit fine, the machine can take standard mechanical drives.

I shall have a go at fitting a 9.5mm drive now and let you know.

    Hi,

It takes only 7mm HDDs and mSata SSDs. There is simply not enough room for 9.5mm or thicker drives.

I can confirm it only takes 7mm drives.

Seems all of the E6X20 series use 7mm drives, at least the E6220, E6320 and E6420's I've had access to all had 7mm hd. (not sure about the E6520's).

It can take a 9.5 in the main bay and only 7" in the Media Bay.
