Dell Latitude issues All white screen

    I have dell Latitude c 600 and for some reason when the laptop is powered on the screen shows up bright white.

    The system is running on windows XP and has been fine for the last few years.

    Any ideas as to the cause of this before it happened the laptop and the screen worked fine i have already open the laptop and checked all the connections and they seem to be fine.
