    Hello users.

Is there any means of disabling the battery from charging?
    Software or option I'm missing?

I'm curious as I want to prevent battery overcharge.

I don't believe so. The inbuilt circuitry should protect against overcharging the battery.

these batteries are sturdy. I dont think you will have issues with cycles and capacities even when plugged in.
