Dell Outlet - E5420 - What to expect?

Hey everyone, just ordered what looks to be a fairly good deal. An E5420 with i5-2520m, 4GB, HD3000, 250GB, 1600x900, 9 Cell (87W/H 3 Year warranty), 3 Year warranty.

I got the order confirmation today and the service tag of the computer. Apparently it was originally shipped to Austria on the 28th April! There are a few surprises in the "Original system configuration" check they have. Seems like an abnormally long length of time. Does this mean the laptop will be covered with blemishes? What exactly do Dell do when they refurb a laptop? Do they replace any damaged cosmetic components or what?

Also, according to the original system config the system had a carry case, port replicator, external mouse. Will these be included with my outlet order or not? They weren't actually mentioned on the outlet site. Also, the keyboard it originally shipped it is in the Austrian QWERTZ layout. Do they change it to the QWERTY layout prior to shipping or what?

First time buying off the outlet and have no idea what to expect.

 

Has no one ever bought anything from the Outlet or something?
