I am trying to buy a e4310 from the outlet.

I am particularly confused by the microphone/webcam thing. I thought the microphone would be standard but it is only mentioned in some of the options.

13.3 inch WXGA(1366x768) Anti-Glare LED w/ Microphone, WWAN Ready, Slate Silver

does this option have the webcam?

and what is Energy Star 5.0

if anyone understands how the descriptions work can anyone explain?

and it seems that the 3-cell battery is not even offered anymore on new systems, any reason for it? I hope there is not any major issue with it. With the 6-cell the e4310 is a bit too heavy for me. isn't it like 4lbs?

I would bet that if it says microphone, but does not say webcam there will not be one. I recently bought the e6510 which said the same. i thought the webcam was standard, but I did not get one (which is not important for me)

Microphone should be standard in all of them...

Webcam is not standard. If it's not listed, you most likely will not receive it. Nothing is 100% certain until you have the laptop in your hands and can inspect it. Dell Outlet is notorious for being inaccurate in their product descriptions.
