Dell vostro 1310 audio driver

Hello there fellow forum member,

I need help in finding dell vostro 1310 audio device on high definition audio bus driver. I have downloaded the audio driver on dell website but when i install the driver it say error.

I just reformat the laptop using xp pro sp3. All the windows update have been install and still i get error when trying o install the audio driver.


Can somebody help me in finding the driver? Thanks in advance.

 

Are you sure you are downloaded the correct driver for the proper OS? The 1310 has an XP and Vista 32 bit download drop-down menu so it has drivers for both.

Have you considered reinstalling Windows again, perhaps something got corrupted.

 

yup i have downloaded the right driver for xp. Before this its vista but since my workplace have issues with vista software i had to reformat it using XP.

i will try to install windows again. will update later.

 

Hello there fellow forum member, I have solve the problem. Try using vostro A90 audio driver from the dell website.


Now the vostro is working fine again. Thanks.
