    Please my laptop dell vostro 1400 doesn t want to start up since the battery is flat Now when I plug the charger on the laptop ,the green led on the charger is off (and Itry a new charger same problem)means I have a short circuit on the motherboard I need a help to fix my problem( like a draming)

    Unless you can somehow find the busted component on your motherboard, there's not much you can do short of replacing said board... what is a "draming"?
