I've got a Vostro 3750 thinking of what wonders will its mat screen will do to mu eyes. Unfortunately things are heading into the other direction.... the screen has very bad angles, when the screen is all dark, looking at it not from center, I can see different shades of gray. But this is not an important issue, the main thing bothering me is the blurry image, compared with my old fugitsu with mat screen, this is way more blurry/foggy and it's bad for the eyes.

This is how the dell screen looks or is there any settings I can apply to it ?

This screen has limited viewing angle, otherwise its still good, has true color compare to glossy
up to now the only thing make me disappointed is this 3750 can not run 2 ext usb3.0 HDDs with 2 usb3.0 ports at the same time.

If you're willing to spend a bit of money, you could probably order and install a 1080p LCD yourself. Most 17.3" 1600x900 screens are junk. Try and source an AUO B173HW01 V5.
