    Latitude forum,

I'm trying to download a driver from Dell and all I get
is the download of their "DellDriverDownloadManager"

I have already downloaded and installed the manager. When I run
it it says "no files are selected. Please go to the Drivers and
    Downloads to select a file".

I go to the Dell Drivers and Downloads site, select a driver then run the
download manager again and it still says "no files are selected. Please go
to the Drivers and Downloads to select a file".

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

I think the Dell download manager is involved. This once caused me problems but I can't recall how I switched it off.

What happens if you try using a different web browser and try using a direct download?

Wasn't it to delete all cookies belonging to Dell?

    John,
You were right about using another browser. I was using Firefox
and when I went to Internet Explorer I was giving the choice of
downloading with the Dell Download Manager or my browser.

    Thanks,
    Jerryd
