Trying to upgrade the Novatel connection app on a Latitude E6410 with the DW5620 Gobi 2000 internal WWAN card. Downloaded the new DW5620 installer from dell.com, but the installer complains that the old software needs to be uninstalled first. So I go to Add/Remove programs to remove it, and at some point the uninstaller asks me to insert the media before it can continue. The Novatel app was installed at the factory, so there is no media. Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
