I have e4300 with Win7 RTM. For couple months, I've been experiencing slow wakeup (30sec-1min) from sleep and recently I found it is caused by BTHUSB error during the wakeup process. The bluetooth function works fine after wakeup, but the wakeup takes too long.. Anyone saw this problem as well?
    Here's the windows event.

    EventID 17 -
The local Bluetooth adapter has failed in an undetermined manner and will not be used. The driver has been unloaded.

For anyone having the similar issue, my diagnosis was wrong. The problem was google talk on win7. Diabling gtalk autostart solved the problem.

Wouldn't be so sure about Gtalk...
I occasionally have the same issue. Slow and stuttering system after wakeup from standby. I have the same event report. Disabling bluetooth helps. Or a reboot.

bthusb is the driver for USB bluetooth devices. Because Dell's motherboards uses the USB interface for their mini-pcie slots, the internal bluetooth module is considered a usb device by Windows.

Windows is known to have various bug when it comes to waking up from sleep. One solution that works for some people is to disable the USB legacy support in the BIOS. It's one of the last options in your BIOS.

Personally I've never received the error your got. I use an external bluetooth dongle. My bluetooth driver just doesn't load after waking from sleep. I tried various fixed that just ended up messing up my computer. Just today I bought a new bt dongle and viola, the problem is gone. Now it loads after waking from sleep and I don't have to repair my bt mouse manually anymore. So this means it could be a hardware problem. Dell's BT modules and BT stacks are notorious for being buggy, so you may want to consider getting the dongle below. It's just 79cents. I didn't buy mine from amazon, but they're selling this same looking thing all over the world now so I reckon it's the same thing that I bought.

Amazingly tiny thing, it looks as if it's part of my e4300 when I plug it in.

Based on my experiences for the last three days, Gtalk+Win7 was the reason in my case. I haven't seen the same problem after disabling Gtalk.
