hi, I just noticed that my dvdrw is not working.

In My Computer it shows: BD-ROM
In Device Manager it shows: UNSBGH QBWHEN8X2305 (Drive Name)

    The Actual Drive: TS-U633A

Has anyone experienced this problem? I try updating the firmware from U633A-U633C but it wont update and detect the "actual drive".

Yeah, if there is a virtual DVD drive here...then that is probably the cause of the problem. Uninstall it and see if that helps.
