I am having problems getting 3 drivers loaded on an E4300 in windows 7. The chipset drivers says "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

The Broadcom USH would be in the Security category of the drivers. I can't give you the actual file because I don't know what OS you are running, so look here:

Win 7 32bit and I loaded what I thought was right but still no luck. I think maybe I had loaded only the application. The unknown device has me stumped and the fact It wont let me install some chipset drivers as it says not supported when it should be.

Try installing this manually and see if it's the Broadcom device:

There are two chipset drivers, I would try installing them both manually.

Which driver did you download for it? There's one that will work and one that won't (either the HECI or the SOL).
