    Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade the GPU in the latitude E5410?

    On my order, it says:
    "Module,Assembly,Base,Notebook,Third Party Maintenance,Mobile Pci Express Module '

    Does that mean it has an MXM slot?

    It does not have an MXM slot. If you have an E5410 with an integrated GPU, you might be able to replace the motherboard with one with a discrete GPU (if such an option was original offered), but if you've already got that, then that's it.
