    And remember that if you are friendly, the reps often will be much more lenient than the letter of their warranty terms. There was nothing functionally wrong with my power adapter, it was just looking a little old because the blue light was wearing out and I was happily issued a replacement. That reminds me, I really need to call Purolator and get the old parts picked up asap.
