    Hey everyone,

I haven't been able to find "the solution" to the trackpad problem with the E6400. Even the workarounds using other drives don't really work, they just mask it by ridding the scroll features of the trackpad. Is there a for sure answer to it or do I need to get a macbook or ThinkPad? :) I'm using the latest dell driver but I still run into the halting and crawling speeds when moving it around.

I experience those same problems. Terrible to be forced to use an external mouse all the time.

I have those issues every once and awhile. Goodybytes on here suggested a handful of I guess you would say workarounds that did help me. Besides those I also installed the E5400 drivers for the trackpad. I can not really say which it is that truely worked in the end.

Thanks, I'll give those drivers a shot.
