    Does the Blu-ray option available on the E6410 also offer DVD+/-RW and CD-RW functionality like the solution offered on the HP Elitebooks or is it simply a Blu-ray/DVD/CD read-only drive?

    Check support for detailed specs on the particular BD-ROM or BD-RW drive but I believe even the BD-ROM supports DVD/CD-RW.
