    i bought a e6410 from the outlet in January paid about 500 not sure if that matters i was wondering if it is possible and how much it would cost for the complete care warranty i carry it around quite a bit so i was thinking about it

    Just to be clear, by complete care do you mean the accidental damage cover? If so then that, as far as I know, can only be purchased when you buy the laptop, not once you start using it. That's what our Dell rep once told me here in the UK, but it may be different in other markets, so check with Dell.

    As for pricing, if I remember correctly, it was about the same as what you'd pay for the standard NBD warranty.

    well that's disappointing but i am speaking of accidental damage warranty i knew i should have bought that but i was not sure i was going to like a machine but i love it

    It won't hurt to give Dell a call (be sure to call the business support line for Latitudes) and see what happens.
