I uninstalled it since I will be using different software to do the biometric authentication instead "digital persona" they can’t run together… after I reboot Windows 7 logon show one icon “other user” I still can logon with my user and password but no icon for it? Created a new user reboot same issue. If I logoff or standby I see all the users icon fine?

    Ideas please?

Something within Windows got screwed up, you'll probably have to end up reinstalling Windows.

Maybe boot into a Linux disc and maybe unlock an account?

I had problems with Dell Access being installed with other biometric software...I ended up having to reinstall...

This is typically the solution to 90% of Windows problems...

Had a similar problem after I uninstalled Dell ControlPoint Security Manager and before I installed Dell Data Protection | Access. Fixed it by running "control userpasswords2" and checking the box for "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer." You might also need to go to Advanced and unchecking "Requires users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete."

    See if that helps.
