E6410 + MC8781 - no SIM card inserted?!

    just got my new Sierra Wireless mc8781 and a new broadband sim card but the newest version of aircardwatcher tells me that there is no sim card present (the sim itself works in my cellphone)

    i have one unknown device in my device manager, everything else is installed properly..


    any ideas?

    ok installing dell control vault drivers fixed it....
