E6410 not booting.

I have a Dell Latitude E6410 that will not boot up. When I press the power button, the power light lights up blue, the wifi light comes on, and the HD light blinks a few times and stops. I have tried putting in the windows 7 repair disk. The disk drive tries to run, but nothing comes up. The screen stays off the whole time. I have tried moving the RAM to the other slot with the same results. I have tried RAM from a working 6410 aswell. I have tried resetting the BIOS by unplugging the watch battery and leaving the laptop battery out and power cable unplugged for a hour. Holding the power button for 15 seconds or longer. Same results. I have also tried a different bios battery. I also checked the processor. I have tired keeping the battery out and holding the power button while plugging in power. When doing this i get the num lock blinking while the caps lock and scroll lock stays lit which dells manual says System board error 1. Reseat the processor.2. Replace the system board.3. Replace the processor. It appears the motherboard has issues.
My question, is there a way to boot the bios from a flash drive since there is no way for me to get into the bios to set to boot from usb?
Any other suggestions are welcome.

 

No, you won't be able to replace the BIOS with a flash drive. It looks like you need a motherboard replacement. You could hook up an external monitor and see if you get any signal with that.

 

Get Dell to replace the motherboard for you? Sounds like you have a bad motherboard and trying anything further would just cause more headaches.

 

I figured the MB was bad. I am going to order a new one. Thanks for the input.

 

Are any of the lock lights on? Dell uses them as diagnostic lights.
