    I would go with Crucial, Corsair, GSkill and Kingston. I put in 8 GB DDR3 Crucial in my E6410, works perfectly.

    I am currently using OCZ RAM because it was the best price I could find for 2 x 4GB. Most of the world's RAM comes out of the same few factories.

    I did exactly that for my E6400... 2x2GB OCZ RAM from amazon. But bought the 4GB from Dell with my E6410 'cause at the time the after market savings was not worth the hassle.

    But given DDR3 prices have fallen off a cliff, might as well buy it outside of Dell. I got my 8 GB DDR3 Crucial for 80 bucks. :p
