    Hi,

I got my 6420 at beginning of december. After installing Fedora (like on the previous 630) I noticed speedstep not working. Clock is fixed at .8 GHz (Lowest speed for my quad core i7-2760QM) due to a bios limit (as seen under the /sys/ filesystem).

Does anybody else experience the same issue? If I disable Speedstep in Bios, clock i correctly set at 2.4 GHz).

    Regards
