    Where do I do that?

    And is there no way to disable the touchpad completely when an external mouse is connected?

    I for one am sold on the Aspire Alps driver. It works much better than the Dell driver.

    The newest Dell Touchpad driver is pretty good.

    The random freezes have disappeared.
