FN D isn't working E6410?

    I did work before...didn’t change anything but when I press FN+D them the LCD doesn’t turn off nothing happen… not sure if it happened when I upgraded DCP to DFEP Drivers and Downloads

    Perhaps DFEP requires a more current BIOS?

    It does require ".NET 4.0 Client Profile must be installed on a system before installing the Dell Feature Enhancement Pack."

    Perhaps it re-assigns function keys? Have you looked into customizinfg function keys... that may show the default assignments?

    Are you running Win7 x64? DFEP does not list Win7 x86 compatibility.

    7 x64 yes looked in CP under keyboard properties the hot keys doesn't have FN D that could be why...is the DFEP made for touch LCD?

    The download info did not indicate that.

    I thought the 'customize function keys' was in Dell Control Point.
