So I have a new Latitude E6420 and the first thing I did was fresh install Win7 on my new SSD to clean the system of any bloatware. One bit of software I like, however, is Dell's System & Devices Manager because of the on-screen notifications for volume, brightness, wifi, etc. The problem is that these notifications only seem to show intermittently! I've reinstalled the software and ensured that it starts at boot. Beyond that I have no idea.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and, if so, have you managed to fix it?

    Thanks!
