hello! I have a dell latitude 36410 running windows 7.
i was working in microsoft outlook and was dozing off. somehow my fingers changed a setting so that whenever I open a new blank message, the view is super tiny. the font size is fine (it shows size 11, emails out fine) - it's just miniscule to the eye. i cannot for the life of me figure out what i did and undo it. anyone have any idea??

my guess is that it has something to do with the latitude's touch pad or something...

    i'm desperate!

Control + mouse wheel zooms the contents of the current window in some programs. There may be something similar for the touchpad.

I'm running Outlook 2010 right now so this may be a little different, but open up a message and click the Zoom button. Set it to 100% and it should be back to normal.
