On purchasing this machine second hand, the spec did not list a finger print reader. However, Windows Vista kept telling me I had one and that I needed to install drivers for it. I mis-took what I have now found out to be a wireless card reader (to right of trackpad) to perhaps be a fingerprint reader.

Therefore, I decided to download the driver and control vault software. On start up, I now get asked for logon details or to connect a fingerprint reader (which I subsequently found out, to my dismay, I don't have). This was a fresh install of Vista Ultimate and I NEVER created a logon with password.

Obviously, I now can't access Vista Ultimate. Any advice?
