How can i install the new hard drive firmware?

    It says that the updater isnt compatible with 64bit versions, despite being listed under windows 7 64bit. So when I click on "flash" it doesnt work, i just get errors. Trying to update my Seagate firmware.

    Have you tried to run it in a compatibility mode ?

    Kazaam,

    Burn the .iso file that you extracted from the dell firmware download, boot from that and it will auto update your firmware.

    i cant seem to find an iso file in the download. ive tried downloading it a few times.
