I was recently provided with this laptop and it didn't come with the built-in webcam. I was wondering if I can get the part from Dell and install it. Looks like the frame would need to be different since mine doesn't have a cut out for the camera. If so, do you know what the part is and how to acquire. Thanks for your help.

You'll need a new bezel and the camera. The camera is mounted on the microphone board, so the cable is there already.

Unfortunately, both of these parts are difficult to find. Usually these type of things can be found on eBay, but I didn't have much luck.

You mention that you were provided with this laptop? If it's company property, you best not modify the hardware yourself...perhaps IT can help you with this?
