Nope...what would be the advantage over the Dell supplied drivers?

Dell supplied drivers for Vista don't even work in Windows 7. As soon as it is installed, no audio comes out of it.

Win7 default driver is fine, but seems like IDT drivers above, much more HD options to play with.

I am curious... What do the IDT or Dell drivers get you over the Windows provided one?

I upgraded to Windows 7 and sound worked out of the box. I can use the internal MIC, external Line-In for recording, headphones work, speakers work, and no skipping at all.

All SRS premium options. Sound will work but you won't have all the "enhancement" options. That said, none of those options will make the crappy onboard speakers sound any better and my external don't need enhancement. You could do without it i guess.

..getting crazy about all these new drivers..had some old IDT driver, with SRS premium interface. now installed the latest version, A15, and don't have any GUI with SRS premium options anymore.

anybody knows how to get back that options panel?
