Inspiron 1520 & Vostro 1500 - Latest x64 drivers

When installing the current release of Windows 7 (64-bit), you'll find a few items that aren't installed or not installed properly. Here are the latest drivers, from what I have found, to rectify such (if you find any later drivers that will work, please post up):

CardReader: Ricoh R5C833/R5U230 - 2.07.01.02, A02, 9/23/2009
Note: Before installing the above driver, in Device Manager, will be listed as "Base System Device" in "Other Devices" section.

QuickSet: Dell QuickSet - 8.2.20, A09, 3/27/2008

Touchpad: Synaptics - Windows XP/Vista and Win7 64-bit Edition v14.0.3

Audio: SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio - 6.10.0.5614, A03, 6/13/2008
Note: Before installing the above driver, sound most likely won't work, and will show as standard HD Audio in Device Manager.


Everything else seemingly installs properly during the Windows 7 installation.

Give me a few days and I can probably dig up the lastest XP x64 drivers for the 1520 - I believe I have them somewhere on my external drive, and it's a near-complete set. Not quite as good as the regular XP drivers, but good enough to make XP x64 a nonridiculous option.

Glad to see you found a Win7 audio one, btw. That's the one I could never find for Win7.
