Holy crap!! Every time I try to put one of these things in my cart, it's gone! I'm getting incredibly frustrated

I've been trying for several days, but it seems you have about 1-2 seconds to decide which one you want and get it into your cart, or its gone.

    Anyone else had this experience?

Don't decide first, add and then decide. The problem is the bots resellers use to buy and/or keep them in their carts. You may want to try calling though I didn't when I bought mine.

That's odd, I've never had that happen with the Latitudes in Outlet...ya you can try the above and calling in.

Strange, I had zero problems buying mine from the outlet. Then again I bought it at 2am.

It depends. When I got mine it took days. I checked all hours of the day, from afternoon, 3am, 7am, midnight.. you name it. I finally setup chrome with a 1 second refresh and an alarm on the string M8900. It still took over a day after that.
