Is it possible to have Dell e6400 without "overheating throttling"

    Maybe is stupid question but ... you know i have to be sure of it ;-)
    My tests are wrong , etc

    I test my e6400 two software (CPU Burn-in 1.01 and cpustabil)which utilize OS and proc to 100%

    I'm monitoring frequency and still i ~2,53 GHz. I'm using RMclock to monitoring and system windows 7 biult-in soft. Temp ~60 C. Test last for 10-15 minut.

    Cpu P9500 (2,53GHz)
    RAM 4 GB
    GPU Intel 4500HD
    Windows 7
    BIOS A19

    I once noticed the problem, about 6 months ago, but never again however hard I have tried. I think that the various BIOS updates have progressively addressed this issue, at least for the E6400 with Intel GPU.

    I don't have it either, and I have the Nvidia graphics.
