Just disasembled my Vostro 1400... what high quality/model brand should i buy to replace broken LCD...?

The broken LCD that's used in my vostro 1400 is Samsung LTN24W1-L09 14.1 inch. That thing is/was worst part of my Dell Vostro 1400 because of its uneven backlight bleed at the bottom of the screen when the screen is dark (when watching movies or looking at dark picures for example.
I'm also aware that the stock lcds that came in vostro 1400/1500/1700s have uneven backlighting issues (whether it's branded by Samsung, AU Optronics, and LG-Phillips)

Now I'm wondering what hi-quality LCD panel besides samsung should I buy?
I checked ebay and other websites and it seems they sell the same lo-quality lcd panel that i had. I don't know which website to trust when it comes to selling higher quality lcd panel for my vostro 1400.

My requirement is pure and simple...

* LCD panel has to have even backlighting from top-bottom-left-right-center.

I'm willing to spend $200+ as long as i get very high quality replacement with the requirements mentioned above (and I also want LED backlighting as a bonus ).
