I just purchased a E5400 :) It was $1000 Then I applied a nice 35% off coupon plus free shipping. Got it for $750 shipped. I hope I got a good deal. Here's what I got.

    Intel C2D 7250
    4 GB Ram
    320GB 7200 RPM HD
    Nvidia 9200M Video Card
    Intel 5300 Wireless
    1280x800 Screen

So am I right in assuming I got a good deal or could I have done better??? Also I know I should have asked this before I bought it but, I hope this comes with a SD memory card reader. And the laptop is 100% matte black correct? And I got it with the 6 cell battery. That doesn't stick out the back does it?

wow.... the processor is kinda old, 65nm tech. i think it should have been a p series or anywhere in the 45nm tech

    Dual Core
    Enhanced Intel Speedstep® Technology
    Intel® EM64T
    Intel® Virtualization Technology

although it has these features, it consumes more power than the p series. + nvidia; your batt won't last 3hrs :-0

    other than that, great:)
