In case anyone is interested in doing this to their M4500, here's what I got.(please remember that every card overclocks to a different level so don't assume any 880m is guaranteed to reach these clock speeds, if you want to learn how to overclock try using Bing or Google) I managed to get my Quadro FX 880m up to 720/1013/1515 (core/mem/shader) from the stock 550/790/1210. Results Below:

    Test System:
    Windows 7 64-bit
    Intel i5 M 540 (2.53Ghz)
nVidia Quadro FX 880m 1GB (driver version: 258.80)
    2GB 1066Mhz(yes i know...haha will upgrade soon)
    250GB 7200RPM SATA HDD

All tests done under the "high performance" profile with AC plugged in.
    3DMark06
    Stock: 6268
    OC: 7731 (23.3% increase)

    3DMark Vantage
    OC: 3562 (30.7% increase)
    Stock: 2724

    FFXIV Benchmark (Low)
    Stock: 1184
    OC: 1485 (25.4% increase)

    FFXIV Benchmark (High)
    Stock :616
    OC: 787 (27.7% increase)

Devil May Cry 4 Benchmark Dx9* (Default Settings)
    Stock: 269.15 [76.41/58.32/90.63/45.79]
    OC: 362.34 [94.35/95.27/116.17/56.55)] (34.6% increase)

Devil May Cry 4 Benchmark Dx10* (Default Settings)
    Stock : 272.45 [74.02/58.49/94.57/45.37]
    OC: 353.52 [93.66/75.58/130.44/53.84] (29.7% increase)

    X3: Terran Conflict Demo (1920x1080 4xAA High)
    Stock: 32.734
    OC: 37.979 (16% increase)

Crysis Demo** (1280x720 High Settings NoAA)
    Stock: 18.22 [17.53/18.46/18.47/18.45]
    OC: 22.78 [21.92/23.08/23.08/23.07] (25% increase)

*Devil May Cry 4 scores 4 different "stages" without a composite score. I combined the scores for easier comparisons; the original scores are bracketed
**Crysis runs the bench 4 times. Bracketed are the average fps for each; the composite is the average of the averages.

Max Temp reached was 73 but it only got that high in 3DMark06 and without OC. Max Highest throughout testing other than that anomaly was 70. (No cooler was used for testing) If you would like me to compare a specific benchmark please ask and I will be happy to do it.

Yup, I would have ordered one with an i7 but this was a replacement for a m4400 that was under warranty so I wasn't exactly in a position to be picky =P Should have a couple more benchmarks completed and uploaded in a few days.

I would think you could take GoodByte's information HERE and apply it to the M4500. I know I plan to in a few days. :)
