    I haven't had any problems setting voltage, but I'm not exactly running stock. First, make sure to run ATI Tray Tools as admin, or a bunch of things don't work for some reason. I haven't had any problem with voltages, but there is a menu where you have to enable some things like higher/lower voltages/clocks.

    Voltage is fine, everything else isn't. Yeah I did install this with UAC off and I'm the Admin, the start-up issue is still there. I've unclocked the higher and lower voltage in the settings, check my previous post.

    My best overclocked set-up is 870MHz and 1100MHz, which sadly ATI Tray Tool cannot do.
