    If you're using a Dell Reinstallation DVD, it's bios-locked to a Dell bios. It will not require you to enter a product code and does not require online wpa activation like a retail DVD does.

    IAC, you should have a product key on the COA sticker on the bottom of the laptop or inside the battery compartment.
