    What are brands/model that Dell use of the SSD?

    I ordered mine with a 128 SSD and I wish to know which one I'll be getting. Because it seems that there is a big difference between the different brands and models.

    For what I read on the forums seems to be a Samsung, but which model?

    At the moment, Dell is still only shipping PB22-J and derivatives with its machines. You will be getting a 128GB PB22-J. All of your links point to benchmarks of drives with this same controller, except for the last one, which points to a benchmark of an older drive with an RBX controller.
