    Hi,

    Presently I'm using Dell Vostro 1500 with Windows 7, Right now I'm facing an issue with my microphone, Requesting you that how to enanble the same and let me know whether I need to install any driver software for the same, if yes plz guide where its going to available with the link.

    I'm guessing the mic requires no driver other than what comes with Windows and the sound driver for your system (seee dell.com support). Are your sound devices healthy in Device Manager? Have you checked the Sound Control Panel/Recording properties to be sure the mic is working, not muted, and to run the configuration tools? Also review any separate sound driver recording controls.

    Did it ever work?
