Need clarification on forums rules - Can I ask for help in making an M6600 Hackintosh?

    The mac people at work really love the IPS panel on the M6600 as well as the hardware speed advantage. Am I allowed to start a thread asking for help in making the M6600 into a hackintosh? I don't want to offend the mods. Just want to get OSX running in this machine.

    I don't think we can discuss about Hackintosh on these forums..

    I think it's in the Apple forum rules.

    Unfortunately (or fortunately) Apple OSX is only licensable for use on Apple hardware.

    Even when it comes to the hacked versions, it is apparently quite an uphill battle to get them running/keep them going. Every Mac Update that is downloaded could very well be the end of the particular OS install.
