New M6500 no charge and not work after first use.

    Hello

    Yesterday I received my new M6500 as a replacement for my M6400, and I being using it for a while until the battery is fully discharged. When I plugged the charger, it not charge and not boot the notebook anymore:mad: .

    This is normal?

    Not normal. Try removing the battery and powering directly off AC power.
    If that does not work try your M6400 power supply.

    Finally I disassembled completely all parts of the notebook, reassembled and now it works again. Very strange, I think the nvidia was not well connected.
