I was given it by a family member because they couldn't get it to work, and discovered the issue was the video card, and I have a few questions.

    1. There is a D drive called RECOVERY, which takes up 12GB of space, and was wondering if there was a way to recover this space, or if I should leave it alone, what files belong actually belong there.

2.The Blue-tooth light is on, the applet is in the Control Panel, but I can't get the computer to detect any blue-tooth devices, or vice versa. There also isn't any Blue tooth hardware in the Device Manager, nor can I add a blue tooth device via the Add New Hardware Wizard. Is there a way to fix/ turn off this light?

The Recovery Partition is used to store the a back up OS install/Restore. Basically it allows you to complete restore the PC to factory new through a boot up option. If you want to remove it go into disk manager and delete the partition to free up the space. Only do this if you know how to install windows yourself.

For the bluetooth go into the bios and you can disable it to turn the light off. If there are any unkown devices in device manager then you may need drivers.
