Possible to update Outlet PC?

It is possible to ask Dell to update E6410 from outlet store?
I really don't want E6410 without webcam. I have XT2 and if i want to call on skype i have to borrow my girlfriends 10" Acer. But i will check webcam in outlet im getting only i3 or i5 520 processors. I would like to buy it with 560 or at least 540. Is it possible to call Dell and ask them to update it or im stuck with the outlet configuration?

stuck with the outlet. I trying to get them to switch from 32bit to 64bit windows. I am guessing they wont switch out hardware if they wont switch out something simple like a disk.

 

If it hasn't been shipped you can cancel the order. Or if it's been shipped you can return it to Dell for a refund. Your best bet is to call them.

 

be patient with the outlet, i think a coupon offering caused some stock depletion
