    OK My 4310 just started showing the 25% CPU load from PNMService.exe It did not do this until now - I've used the machine for a few months without this.

    I do not use the WiMax, and it is turned off. I have checked the icon.

    My machine runs Windows 7 32 bit.

    I tried turning off the WiMax service and was denied permission. I am the sole user/owner/administrator of my machine.

    However I can end the process tree of PNMService.exe, which is what I did.
