I want to buy a m4500 and the description on Dell Outlet says "Processor: Intel Core i5-560M Dual Core (2.66GHz 3MB for M6500)". What's this with "for 6500"? Does it mean it will run at lower speed on m4500?
Also, would you recommend this processor or i7-740QM (6M cache, 1.73 GHz)? i am planning to use the m4500 for MATLAB, Simulink, SolidWorks, maybe some gaming. I believe these programs are not very good with using multiple cores, but then again, there's TurboBoost...
    Thanks.

It's just some funky inventory thing. The 560M and 740QM will run at the same speeds in an M6500 and an M4500.
